Meet Molly β Founder & CEO of Love Birdie
Across decades of careers spanning entertainment, brand management, and retail, Molly Kunkel has followed one thread: building a life on her own terms while helping others feel their very best.
After earning a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University, Molly spent over a decade in LA as an Executive, Administrative, and Personal Assistant β working with major labels like Universal Music, Sony Music, and Warner Bros Records, managing a private Beverly Hills estate, coordinating talent for The Grammys, and more. In 2013, she turned that experience into her own company, My Own Molly, offering on-demand support to entrepreneurs and busy professionals, with clients including Drybar founder Alli Webb and entrepreneurial mentor Ali Brown.
In 2018, Molly and her husband John moved back to their Southern roots landing in Atlanta, where she founded The Salty Fork Co β a brand built around honoring tradition and bringing people together. From 2019 to 2022, it lived as a shop-within-a-store inside The Market, a multi-vendor marketplace in Woodstock, GA.
From there, Molly took on a hybrid role as Brand Operations Manager for Nashville-based duo Brooke & Brice Gilliam, stars of Making Modern with Brooke + Brice on Magnolia Network, Max, and Discovery+ β managing brand operations, content, and social media, and supporting talent on set. Molly remains close to Brooke and Brice and continues to support the couple on projects as needed.
In 2025, she returned to The Market as Boutique & Marketing Manager, taking on brand and social media marketing for a 50,000-square-foot venue home to over 170 vendors β no small feat, between the scale of this retail operation and the steady calendar of local and community events hosted here.
Every step led to today: in 2026, Molly launched Love Birdie, a multi-generational online women's boutique and the newest branch of The Salty Fork Co, built on the belief that getting dressed is a daily act of self-love β for the 22-year-old, the 42-year-old, and the 62-year-old alike.
A love letter to yourself, every day. π
