We want you to love every single thing you purchase from Love Birdie. If something's not right, we'll fix it β€” just good old fashioned customer service.

REFUNDS

At this time, Love Birdie does not offer cash or credit card refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only and delivered via email, which expires one year from issue and can be used on any future order.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item isn't in stock, we'll issue store credit so you can grab something you love.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email us at hello@shoplovebirdie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

3. We'll respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be:

β€’ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
β€’ Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or smoke odor
β€’ Tags attached and intact
β€’ Not marked as Final Sale

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@shoplovebirdie.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right immediately. This is on us.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Love Birdie is not responsible for lost return packages.
