Every order is packed with love and processed within 1–2 business days. Orders ship via USPS, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders of $150 or more ship free!

Preorders
Preorder items ship as soon as they arrive to us. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder pieces, your in-stock items will ship right away, and your preorder pieces will follow in a separate package as soon as they’re ready. You’ll get tracking for each shipment.
Returns
We want you to love every piece! If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be in the same condition you received them, with original tags attached.
To start a return, email us at hello@shoplovebirdie.com. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your store credit within 7–10 business days.
